HS Position Work then wall facing 3x5 HSPU or tripod extensions. Follow each set with 5-8 reps of the gymnastics movement you're working on (if this is HSPU, choose a pulling movement: kipping, pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar). Focus on quality of movement.
