The workout for 5/20 is...

Remember that Monday nights are the new Run Club! Open to members and non members, grab a friend, run a little, grab a beer (special pricing for Run Club at The Molecule Effect ).

What's not to like?

HS Position Work then wall facing 3x5 HSPU or tripod extensions. Follow each set with 5-8 reps of the gymnastics movement you're working on (if this is HSPU, choose a pulling movement: kipping, pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar). Focus on quality of movement.

3 Rounds for time:
- 15 Step Ups Right (back rack) 45/35 bar to 24/20"
- 15 Step Ups Left
- 200m Plate Pinch Carry (35/25)

Stretch: LAX Ball Low back, Foam Roll Hammies/Glutes
