The workout for 5/22 is...

Every 30s for 6 minutes (12 reps): 1 Hang Squat Clean @ 80% 1RM Clean. This should be heavy, but you should not fail any reps. Focus entirely on speed under the bar and setting up for your next rep.

- Floor Press (115/85) (this should be light)
- Alternating Step Ups (24/20”) Total Reps Bar in Back Rack (115/85)
- Burpee Toes to Bar
(18 minute cap)
Accessory Work
- 3x8 Hip Extensions with 3 second pause at top
