The workout for 5/23 is...

We will retest our benchmarks next week!
Every 2 minutes for 6 Rounds: 1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 2 Split Jerks
All sets to be done at 55% 1RM split jerk\

2 Rounds for total reps:
- 3 minutes to complete 20 Box Jumps (24/20) then as many Toes to Bar in remaining time
- 3 minutes to completes 75 Double Unders (150 singles) then as many Overhead Squats in remaining time at 50% of your 1RM snatch weight)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds. No rest between 0-3:00 and 3:00-6:00
