The workout for 5/24 is....

Reminder about our schedule for Memorial Day "Murph":  
Monday, 5/30, we will only have classes at 9am and 10:30am.

3 Rounds for Quality:
- 4 Pull Up or Muscle Up Negatives. 6-8 seconds each (use a box/bench to assist you through the points where you need more control.
- 15 GHD Sit Ups

For time of each section:
A. 3 Rounds for time:
- 10 Slam Balls (40/30)
- 10 Burpees

Then Rest 1 minute

B. 3 Rounds for time:
- 200m Row
- 10 Thrusters (45/35)

Then Rest 1 minute

C. 3 Round for times :
- 10 Med Ball Cleans(20/14)
- 10 Clapping Push Ups
