The workout for 5/25 is...

Just added: Memorial Day weekend Fundamentals class! Sunday 10am - 12pm and Tuesday 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Sign up at

5x5 Weighted Pistols or weighted single leg squats to box. As heavy as possible. 5R then 5L.

After each set, do 1 sled pull down/back as fast as possible (135/95). Forward down/backward back
- Clean and Jerk (135/95)
- Chest to Bar Pull Ups (jumping chest to bar)
(12 minute cap)

Accessory Work
- 1 min runner's lunge hold on each leg
- 1 min banded lat stretch each side. Then foam roll lats.
