EMOM 10: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 OHS. All sets at 60% 1RM and no heavier

12 minute AMRAP:
- 12 Alternating KB Swings (R/L = 2) (53/35)
- 10 Jumping Lunges (R/L = 1)
- 8 Ring Dips (mod: 2x bench dips)
