The workout for 5/27 is....


Memorial Day Schedule: 9am and 10:30am classes only! Come for a great workout and bring food/drink for a pot luck after!

For time:
- 400m Run or 500m Row
- 2 Bar Muscle Ups (mod: 10 kipping pull ups or 10 kipping swings
- 30 Deadlifts@ 65% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk
- 2 Bar Muscle Ups (mod: 10 kipping pull ups or 10 kipping swings
- 50 Double Unders (2 minutes practice)
- 2 Bar Muscle Ups (mod: 10 kipping pull ups or 10 kipping swings
- 20 Squat Cleans at 65%
- 2 Bar Muscle Ups (mod: 10 kipping pull ups or 10 kipping swings
- 10 Push Jerks
(18 minute cap)

Rest 5 minutes then 2 Rounds for quality:
- 15 Candlesticks
- 20 GHD Hip Extensions (or weighted supermans)
