*3x10 Single Leg Squats Right (bar on back if you want to make these weighted). Aim to get to parallel and come up with complete control, not momentum.
3x10 Single Leg Squats Left
*If you did "Murph" and are very sore, consider using this time for stretching/mobility

3 Rounds each for time:
- 10 Power Cleans @ 60% 1RM
- 15 Bar-Facing Burpees
- 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 40 Double Unders (80 singles)
- Rest 2 minutes
(18 minute cap)
