25 minute AMRAP
Partner A: Runs 200m
Partner B: Chips away at AMRAP
Switch when Partner A Returns. Score is total Rounds + Reps in the AMRAP
- 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 10 KB Swings (53/35)
- 10 Pull Ups (Mod: Ring Rows)

Accessory Work:
3x KB Turkish Get up Each Arm
