Double Alternating Tabata: Wall Sit/Plank (40s work, 20s rest)

Every 3 minutes, alternate stations for 27 minutes (3x at each station). If you finish the work, rest in the remaining time
1. 500m Row
2. 15 Toes to Bar + 10 Candlesticks
3. 20 Overhead Squats (95/65)
