|The workout for 5/6 is...
15 minutes STRICT gymnastics work. This can include:
- Strict Pull Ups
- Strict Dips (we have new dip bars!)
- Strict Muscle Ups (try these assisted with feet on a bench/box)
- Strict HSPU (focus on tripod position, maybe work the negatives).
Pick 1-2 movements and ask your coach to help you strategize your work.
3 Rounds each for time:
- 9 Squat Cleans (135/95)
- 400m Plate Carry (35/25) (carry plate any way)
Rest 2 minutes after each round
STRETCH: Neck Rolls and Pecs
