The workout for 5/8 is...

This Saturday is the i99 Gymnastics Clinic! There are still a couple spots left, so get yourselves signed up!

4-4-3-3-2-2 OHS from rack. Goal is to hit your 1RM for 2 reps.

10 minute Ladder: 2-4-6-8-10, etc.
2 KB Snatch Right (53/35)
2 KB OH Alternating Lunge Right (2 reps = 1 Lunge Right, 1 Lunge Left)
2 KB Snatch Left
2 KB OH Alternating Lunge Left
2 Ring Dips
Then 4, then 6, etc.
(Ring Dip mod: use boxes or 2x bench dips)

Accessory Work:
- 30 Weighted GHD Sit Ups or 60 Unweighted Ab Mat Sit Ups
