|10 minute Ladder: 2-4-6-8-10, etc.|
|2 KB Snatch Right (53/35)|
|2 KB OH Alternating Lunge Right (2 reps = 1 Lunge Right, 1 Lunge Left)|
|2 KB Snatch Left|
|2 KB OH Alternating Lunge Left|
|2 Ring Dips|
|Then 4, then 6, etc.|
|(Ring Dip mod: use boxes or 2x bench dips)
|- 30 Weighted GHD Sit Ups or 60 Unweighted Ab Mat Sit Ups|
