For time:
- 40 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
- 20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (mod: jumping chest to bar)
- 1000m Run (600+400)

STRETCH: Foam roll Lats, Couch Stretch, Runner's Lunge
