Reminder we are not having classes this Saturday due to the in-house event! Even if you're not participating, come support and hang out!

Pull Ups/Dips
5-5-4-3-2 (or take this time to find your 5RM of each if you didn't earlier in the week).

After each round, LAX Ball soft tissue work in shoulder/traps

5 Rounds for time:
- 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 200m Run
