EMOM 10 Alternating
Evens: 7 Front Squats (from ground) @ 50% 1RM Front Squat
Odds: 1 Negative Pull Up or Muscle Up (8-10 seconds on descent)

6 minute AMRAP:
- 1 Rope Climb
- 75m OH Plate Carry (25/15)

Rest 1 minute

6 minute AMRAP:
- 5 Strict HSPU (mod: piked HSPU or piked negatives)
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
