Every 90s for 8 rounds.
1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 2 Jerks (any style) all @ 60% 1RM Clean.

For time:
- 150 Double Under Buy in then 3 rounds of
- 15 OH Squats (95/65)
- 100m Farmers Carry Right (45/35) with KB or DB
- 100m Farmers Carry Left
