Reminder of this Saturday's schedule: Endurance WOD at 8:15am, then we are taking our 10am class outside to Wash Park! Bring friends, bring food, bring sunscreen! Open to all!

Pull Ups/Dips
6-5-4-4-3
(15 minutes)

For time 21-15-9
- OH Squats @ 60% 1RM Snatch
- Lateral Burpees Over the Bar
- 400m Run

Post WOD Mobility:
- Banded Hip Flexor Stretch 1 min each side
- Lat Stretch on Rig with rounded back, hips shifted to side being stretched. 1 min each side.
