The workout for 6/22 is...

Reminder of this Saturday's schedule: Endurance WOD at 8:15am, then we are taking our 10am class outside to Wash Park! Bring friends, bring food, bring sunscreen! Open to all!


EMOM 8:
1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk @ 45-50% of 3RM Back Squat OR 60% 1RM Hang Power Clean

Tabata Alternating:
- Kipping Swings
- Hollow Holds
This is skill work and will not be scored. Focus is on shapes, staying relaxed through the shoulders and keeping a tight body position.

Rest 1 minute then EMOM 10 Alternating:
- 10 Unbroken Push Ups (scale to a number or mod which allows you to do a set unbroken. You may also add weight or a deficit to achieve this)
- 40 Unbroken Double Unders (mod: not unbroken or choose a number which you can achieve in 30s)
