Tempo Strict Press with 2 sec pause in finish position. 2 seconds on way up, 2 second hold, 1 second down.

Tempo Back Squat with 2 sec pause at bottom. 2 seconds on way down, 2 second hold, 1 second up.

8 minute AMRAP
- 4 Deadlifts @90% of your 3RM Back Squat
- 3 Wall Walks (mod: 45s extended plank hold)
- 2 Shuttle Runs (down/back =1)
