3 Rounds not for time
- 7 Tempo Deadlifts @ 50% 3RM. 1 second up, 3 seconds down, 1 second to reset.
- 14 Reverse Lunges. Alternating holding DBs or KBs at your side. Choose a weight that’s challenging.

15 min AMRAP:
- 5 Clean and Jerk (135/95)
- 20 Lateral Bar Hops (total)
- 2 Wall Walks
Accessory Work:
4 min: working 40s, resting 20s alternating between V ups and a Hollow Hold
