Every 90s for 6 Rounds:
- 1 Deadlift + 1 Hang High Pull + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat All at 70%
Rest 2 min add weight to 80%

Every 45s for 6 Rounds:
- 1 Clean High Pull + 1 Hang Squat Clean

For time:
- *21 Unbroken Thrusters (95/65)
- 40 Double Unders (speed steps or cut reps in half and stick with DUs)
- 15 Unbroken Thrusters
- 50 Double Unders
- 9 Unbroken Thrusters
- 60 Double Unders
(10 min cap)
*You may rest with bar overhead or in front rack position only. If you break, must “buy back in” with 5 burpees. Choose your weight appropriately.

Accessory Work:
- Tabata: Wall Facing Handstand Holds (or extended arm planks)
