The workout for 6/27 is...

Every 45s for 8 rounds: (4:30 total)
- 1 Pull Up Negative (use weight or mods if necessary to achieve an 8-10 second rep every time)

Rest 1 minute

Alternating Tabata (or reverse tabata if that is more do-able)
- Top of Ring Dip Hold
- Bottom of Ring Dip Hold

3 Rounds for total Reps, Fight Gone Bad Style:
1 minute at each station
- Atlas Stone to Shoulder (115/75)
- Row for Calories
- Push Press (70% of your 3RM Strict Press)
- Mountain Climbers (R/L = 1)
- KB Swings (53/35)
- Rest
