The workout for 6/27 is...

UGH. Coach Colleen is leaving us to go to med school. While we are a little mad at her, we are VERY excited for her new venture. Her last coached classes will be this Monday, July 3rd and we'll be doing her favorite WOD "Jennifer" in her honor during all classes. If you can't make it in that day (she coaches 4:30pm and OLY at 6:30pm), she will also be coaching the 10am community WOD on Saturday, July 8th. L
3x3 Rope Climbs (with NO jump to start). Record time for each set of 3. Rest 3 min in between. If you are learning rope climbs: try for 3x1 rep or 3x3 halfway climbs. If 3 reps is too easy, wear a weight vest or go legless. Whatever you choose, make this MORE challenging than your current perceived ability level. (18 minutes)

6 minute AMRAP:
- 2 Stone to Shoulder (115/95)
- 4 Strict Pull Ups (mod: challenging ring rows)
- 6 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Rest 2 minutes

6 minute AMRAP:
- 2 Power Snatch (135/95)
- 4 Overhead Squats
- 6 Jumping Lunges (R/L = 1)

Accessory Work:
3x12 Single Leg Deadlifts
