For total time:
- 600m Run
- 500m Row
- 100 Double Unders (mod: 200 singles)
(You may do these in any order, but not break up the reps. So, you may choose to do Row, Run, DUs, or DUs, Row, Run for example.)

10 Rounds for time:
- 6 Box Jump Overs (30/24)
- 12 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Post WOD/Mobility:
- 3 Rounds for Quality:
- 10 Single Leg DL Right (unweighted)
- 10 SIngle Leg DL Left
- 45s. Samson Stretch Hold Right
- 45s. Samson Stretch Hold Left
