- 20 Strict Ring Dips (mod: 20 challenging push ups)
- 3 Bear Crawls down/back
- 30 Hang Power Cleans (115/85)
- 1 Bear Crawl down/back
(18 minute cap)

4 Rounds for quality:
- 15 V Ups
- 15 Supermans or GHD Back Extensions
(10 min cap)
