5x1 min max Calorie Row. Rest 1 min. Record total calories (make sure to reset the screen before you being each row)

For time:
- 2 Toes to Bar (mod: strict hanging knee raises)
- 2 Slam Balls (40/30)
- 1 Shuttle Run (down/back = 1)
- 4 TTB
- 4 Slam Balls
- 2 Shuttle Runs
6, 6, 3...8, 8, 4...10, 10, 5...8, 8, 4...6, 6, 3...4, 4, 2...2, 2, 1.
