The workout for 6/30 is..
Reminder that our schedule on Monday, July 4th is:
- 9am Group Class
- 10:30am Group Class .
|Pre-WOD Mobility: LAX Ball into shoulders/chest. Back against the wall shoulder mobility. Partner up to increase stretch if necessary (get cozy)
|12 minutes: Strict HS Push Ups Technique and/or HS Walking work. If you can proficiently perform 3-5 strict HSPU, work toward freestanding HS or HS Walking. If not, do 3x5 strict HSPU focusing on tripod position, whether that's off a bench, on the floor, working the negative, and practicing kicking up technique. etc. Or 12 minutes HS Walk work.|
15 minute AMRAP:
|- 10 Single Arm KB Front Squat Right (72/53)|
|- 10 Single Arm KB Front Squat Left (72/53)|
|- 10/7 Strict Pull Ups (mod: Ring Rows with 2 second hold at top)|
