Benchmark #2: Filthy Fifty (mod: Dirty Thirty)
50/30 Reps of the following:
- Box Jumps (24/20)
- Jumping Pull Ups
- KB Swings (35/25)
- Walking Lunge Steps
- Knees to Elbows
- Push Press (45/35)
- Supermans
- Wall Balls (20/14)
- Burpees
- Double Unders
(35 minute cap)
Accessory Work:
- Tabata: Hollow Rocks
