EMOM 15 min Alternating:
Minute 1. 10 Clapping Push Ups
Minute 2. 200m Row
Minute 3. 15 V Ups
Rest 5 min then
EMOM 8: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch. All at 75% 1RM squat snatch

Accessory Work:
- 3x15 Kipping Ring Swings or Kipping Swing on the bar
