The workout for 6/8 is...

3x3 Kettlebell Turkish Get Ups on Each Arm. Try to increase your weight each round. Follow each set with a 60s Extended Plank Hold

For time:
- 600m Run
- 20 Renegade Rows (R/L = 1), you choose weight and either KBs or DBs
- 400m Run
- 20 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (165/115)
- 200m Run
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
