May grab a partner (you’ll need one for the bench press) and make up the CrossFit Total II. If not, your WOD is
Handstand Push Up/HS Walk Progressions. Choose from the following and do 4 rounds for quality

A. 5 Tripod headstand kick to wall + 2 Wall Walks + 30s Wall-Facing HS hold
B. 5 Wall-Facing HS Push Ups with 3 second negative + 30s Wall-Facing HS Hold
C. 5 Wall-Facing HS Push Ups + 10' HS Walk away from the wall.
10 minute AMRAP
- 4 Stone to Shoulder (115/95)
- 4 KB thruster Right (53/35)
- 4 KB thruster Left (53/35)
- 4 KB Snatch Right (53/35)
- 4 KB Snatch Left (53/35)
Accessory Work:
- 3x20 Side plank with hip drop (touch hip down 20 times) each side
