3-position Deadlifts. Stopping at each position for 2 full seconds: Below knee, right above knee, extension. 4x5. Start at 60% 3RM and build IF form is maintained.
|5 Rounds each for time:|
|- 12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (mod: jumping chest to bar pull ups)|
|- 10 Front squats (135/95) taken from the ground|
|- 8 Bar-Facing Burpees|
|rest 1 minute between rounds|
