The workout for 7/12 is...

4x5 Tempo/Pause Back Squats. 3-second descent, 3-second pause, 1 second ascent.
(15 minutes)

2 Rounds each for time:
- 75m Farmer's Carry Right with KB (53/35)
- 20 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105)
- 75m Farmer's Carry Left with KB (53/35)
- 20 Back Squats (155/105) from the ground
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
(20 minute cap)
Accessory Work:
- 4x 30s Chin Over Bar Hang
