The workout for 7/13 is...

EMOM 10 Alternating:
Minute 1: 2 Turkish Get Ups (1 Right/1 Left) Choose weight
MInute 2: 10 Alternating Pistols. May do these assisted and may lower reps if necessary. Focus on upright body position and keeping weight evenly distributed in foot.

For time:
- 400m Run
- 40 Burpee Toes to Bar (may kip these if you have your TTB. If not, this will be a burpee knee raise)
- 40 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 40 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
- 40 Sit Ups (or GHD Sit Ups)
- 400m Run
(20 minute cap)

** Post WOD Pull Ups/Dips
