Pull Ups/Dips
8-8-7-6-5

EMOM 5 @ 110-115% of 3RM Strict Press :
- 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Press
Rest 2 minutes
EMOM 5 @ same weight or may add :
- 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk
Rest 2 minutes
EMOM 5 same weight or may add:
- 1 Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk
