The workout for 7/14 is...

2RM Hang Power Clean (20 minutes) This is without setting the bar down between reps.

12 minute AMRAP
- 3 Power Cleans @ 85% of your 2RM (taken from the ground)
- 1 Rounds: - 5/3 Strict Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats
- 1 Rope Climb (2 Rope Drops)

Accessory Work:
- 10 Up dog to Down dog, holding each position for 5 seconds
