The workout for 7/17 is...

3 Rounds for Quality:
- 15 Single Leg Deadlifts Left (hold KB or DB in right hand or do unweighted)
- 30s Top of ring dip hold (mod: foot assisted)
- 15 Single Leg Deadlifts Right (hold KB or DB in left hand or do unweighted)
- 30s Bottom of ring dip hold (mod: foot assisted)
(20 minutes)

13 minute AMRAP:
- 40 Wall Ball (20/14) Buy in then in remaining time:
- 20 Russian Twists (total) using WB
- 15 Med Ball Cleans
- 10 HSPU or 3 Wall Walks

Accessory Work:
3 Rounds:
- 30s Hollow Hold
- 30s V Ups
- 30s Rest
