A. 9-7-5-3 for time
- Deadlifts @ 90% 3RM Back Squat
- 20s L Sit Hold on Bar (accumulate)

Rest 3 minutes

B. 4 Rounds for time:
- 30 Walking Lunges (total steps)
- 45s Handstand Hold (accumulate)

Rest 3 minutes

C. 1000m Row for time

You will have 3 separate scores: one for each section.

Mobility Post WOD: Pigeon hold 1 min each side. Foam roll Glutes and Hamstrings
