The workout for 7/18 is...

4x3 Clean Pulls with 5-second eccentric. All at 90-100% 1RM Clean (12 minutes) (this is not a high pull, so elbows stay straight the entire time)

4 Rounds for time:
- 8 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
- 400m Run
(18 minute cap)

Accessory Work:
8 total pull up negatives (aim for 10-12 seconds each. Assist with a box, if necessary). Rest at least 30s between reps
