The workout for 7/19 is...

Mobility: LAX Ball into Traps while lifting arm up and down. 20x on each side. Then down dog/up dog 20x to loosen up ankles/calves and create space in shoulders/chest.

5-4-3-2 Overhead Squats taken from the rack (15 minute)

*3 Rounds for time:
- 21 Burpees
- 50 Air Squats
*Stop every 2 minutes and do 5/3 Strict Pull Ups and 5/3 Strict Dips. Starting at 0:00
(15 minute cap)
