- Hold a Plank for 20s then as many Ab Mat Sit Ups in remaining time on that minute. Score is total number of sit ups.

14 min amrap:
- 200 m run
- 2 squat cleans @ 50% 3RM Back Squat
- 2 shoulder to oh
- 200m run
- 4 squat cleans
- 4 shoulder to oh
Add 2 reps each time, but keep run at 200m

Mobility Post WOD: Partner Assisted Seated Chest Opening Stretch. One partner sits with hands behind head. Other partner pulls elbows back. Hold 30s x 3 for each person.
