The workout for 7/20 is...

Guess what? We're adding an additional "Open Gym" time every Saturday from 11am - 12pm! This will begin on Saturday, August 5th!
3 Rounds, 1 min at each station for total reps (Fight Gone Bad style)
- Ring Push Ups
- KB Swings (53/35)
- Thruster (75/55)
- Burpees
- Box Jump Overs (24/20)
- Rest

Post WOD for quality:
3x10 Barbell Ab Roll outs
Accessory Work:
- 3x20 Floor Wipers using same bar as roll outs (hint hint, leave your bar out and do your accessory work right away)
