The workout for 7/21 is...

- 40' HS Walk or 2 Bear Crawls (down/back = 1)

Every 4 minutes for 3 Rounds:
- 25 Wall Balls (20/14)
Rest in Remaining Time

3 Rounds for Quality:
- 15 Kipping Swings or Kipping/Butterfly Pull Ups
- 10 Rower Plank to Pike or Towel Pike Slides
