The workout for 7/22 is...

6x Snatch Complex: 1 Snatch Grip DL + 1 Hang High Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 High Hang Power Snatch. Start at 50% 1RM Power Snatch (go by feel) and try to add weight each time. Use the high pull to create the right bar path for the 2 subsequent snatches. (12 minutes) 

3 Rounds for reps of each movement. 1 minute Work, 1 minute Rest. Alternating Stations:
1. Slam Balls (40/30)
2. Push Ups
3. KB Swings (53/35)
