The workout for 7/24 is...

A. Atlas Stone to Shoulder
6 Reps at a Light weight, 4 reps at a moderate weight, 2 reps at a heavy weight (try to go heavier than you did in the benchmark). This is not for time. Rest between each set as much as needed.

B. Sled Pulls 5x down/back as heavy as possible. Forward down/backward back
(20 minutes total)
10-20-30-20-10 for time:
- Barbell Floor Press (95/65)
- Box Jumps (30/24) No rebounding, must step down
(15 minute cap)

Tabata: Front Rack Standing Double KB Hold
