The workout for 7/25 is...

Deadlifts
3x8 Touch and Go @ 70% 3RM. Can increase weight on last set if form is maintained.
(After each set, do 20 hollow rocks)
(20 minutes)

7 minute AMRAP
- 7 Front Squats (95/65)
- 7 Knees to Elbows
- 7 Slam Balls (40/30)

Rest 1 min then not for time:

- 400m Farmers Carry. Choose heavy DBs or KBs and try to set them down a max of 2 times.
Accessory Work:
100' HS Walk (accumulate) or 100 wall-facing shoulder taps. Mod in a plank position
