4 minutes Tabata, alternating all with empty bar) (you will go through this sequence twice):
- Hang Power Snatch
- Push Jerk
- Hang Power Clean
- Burpees

For time:
- 400m Run
- 21 Hang Power Snatch (135/95)
- 21 Lateral Burpees
- 21 Push Jerks (135/95)
- 21 Lateral Burpees
- 21 Hang Power Clean (135/95)
- 21 Calorie Row
(24 minute cap)

Accessory Work:
Accumulate 2 minutes in an L sit hold on the bar.
