- 40 Box Jump Overs (no rebounding) 30/24
- 20 Slam Balls (40/30)
(8 minute cap)

Rest 5 minutes then for time:

- 3 Rope Climbs (Legless Rx+) Mod: 2x Rope Drops or 4x Strict Pull Ups
- 400m Run with Med Ball (20/14)
- 2 Rope Climbs
- 400m Run with Med Ball (20/14)
- 1 Rope Climb
- 400m Run with Med Ball (20/14)
(15 minute cap)

Mobility Post WOD: Calf Stretch + Couch Stretch. Hold each position for 45s
