10 minutes of Mobility!

For time:
- 12 Strict HSPU (mod: 4 Wall Walks)
- 15 Back Squats (taken from ground) (200/135) or use 50-60% of your 3RM Back Squat
- 20 Bar Facing Burpees
- 9 Strict HSPU (3 Wall Walks)
- 18 Front Squats (165/115) or strip weight to 40-50% 3RM Back Squat
- 20 Bar Facing Burpees
- 6 Strict HSPU (2 Wall Walks)
- 21 Overhead Squats (135/95) or strip weight to 30-40% 3RM Back Squat
- 20 Bar Facing Burpees
(25 minute cap)

**Post WOD: Pull Ups/Dips
