The workout 7/29 is...

2 Rounds for time:
- 200m Run
- 40 Double Unders (80 singles)
- 200m Row
(10 minute cap)

Double "DT"
10 Rounds for time (15 minute cap)
- 12 Deadlifts
- 9 Hang Power Cleans
- 6 Push Jerks
Rx weight is 155/105. Choose a weight that's appropriate for you - should be about 60% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk. If you've come to 3-4 classes already this week, consider going even lighter and making this more about moving quickly than about lifting heavy.
